Jokaisen matkan varrella
A refreshed visual identity and new brand concept for Helsingin Satama.
We created a new brand concept “jokaisen matkan varrella” to better illustrate and explain the role of Helsingin satama in the everyday life of consumers. The concept underlines the role the port of Helsinki has in the everyday life of all of us: from goods to travelling and more sustainable future. To support the new brand concept and story I created a visual identity, with updated colors, fonts, photography and other visual elements. The aim was a clean, modern look that captivates how Satama is present in our everyday life.
Together with photographer Jussi Hellsten we shot new brand images for the Port of Helsinki - the aim was to capture a feeling of movement – as the port is all about moving people and goods. In addition I created a new graphic element - a line to symbolize movement and travel, which are in the heart of the new brand concept.
